To request a return or refund, contact us through our contact form or email support@bejoyful.store within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address before you send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
