Create a memory gift for mum with everyday family photos and videos. Choose one story, gather files with permission and prepare the playback.
Not every memory gift needs a birthday party or a major milestone. For mum, a collection of ordinary moments can show the small ways family life has been shared over time.
Notice everyday moments
Choose a theme such as cooking together, weekend walks or the journey home from school. Ask family members for a small number of relevant originals instead of accepting an unfiltered camera roll.
Collect family clips
Check that the people in the photos are comfortable with the selection. Transfer compatible files to the Forever Orb from a computer using USB, and test the result before making the gift a surprise.
Write a personal note
Include a note about an everyday detail you noticed and appreciated. Keep the originals backed up separately. Avoid presenting the collection as a complete record of motherhood; a focused story leaves room for her own memories.
